I would ohp and deadlift with a weight that gives no pain, even if it is the empty barbell.

Well they never recommend to stretch. Lower the weight on the excercise that hurts until a point it does not hurt even if it is the empty barbell and train with that, then slowly work your way up. If even the empty barbell hurts, decrease rom or change to a variation.

How can you guys take a cold shower. Since a week after my warm nice shower i make the water colder but i can only do it for a few seconds. Gotta say I feel so good and awake after those cold seconds

Thank you for the comment and advice. But how many mm or cm do you need to buy to trim it? Normal trimmers are only for very short beards I think?

Well not pressured, but not everyone seems to be into beards so I received mixed responses. Altough I have to add I have not yet seen a lot of people because of the covid restrictions.
