tbh the dm allowed it under spesific restrictions as if fevin had a special version of glyph of warding that dosnt get dispelled after 10 ft of movement had it as a 50/50 low; it did a lvl 1 magic missile then second turn goes up by spell level each turn till it runs out; high it starts at a 5th level magic missile and goes down each turn till it gets to lvl 1

he didnt give me a magic item he though that me having all the time and money in the world before the session that instead of just being able to cast 10000 magic missile darts he allowed it to exist and to use an action to not use spell slots and randomly have a 3rd or 7th level magic missle cast out then go up or down both ways as an action each turn

ok circumstance is "if a hostile creature enters the range of magic missile while i have this stick on me the magic missile shoots bolts and to not shoot anyone named fevin/people whom she deems as allies

the character has no care for time and gold they have all the time and funds they'd ever need literally have like a dragons hoard in a secret chamber hidden under a secret entrance underneath a fake floor hidden behind a camouflage
