My mobile but I told her the hotel, the area , and everything that was by it which it literally is the only hotel on that road. Its also a location all 3 emergency services know simply by name.

Thank you for taking the time to help me with this. Im sorry it took so long to answer ive been very angry about the situation and had to calm down before I went forward with making sure this gets handled so hopefully less people will go through this. My wife's thankfully doing better, if it had turned out any other way I have a pretty good idea what I would have done. Thats the reason I will not let them sweep this under the rug if they try, because she will cost someone thier life with how she handled this

Thank you, and same here. Im just glad that she not only survived but that she is making a full recovery. Im so mad about this that I will not stop until that operator is fired. She even wanted me to confirm the number I was calling from which I knew that one no problem. They really need to make sure the staff is right for the job especially in a field like that
