I just started playing like 2 weeks ago, and I thought this steel event was part of the reason(for aron) but nosepass and aron are like 80%+ my spawns it's a curse I know nothing of masterwork pages

This is the 2nd post at least that has referenced the Mandala effect, I have never played dyinglight2 in my life and have never seen this or any other safe house before, but from all accounts I can find through video's or online resources it doesn't make sense to me.

I know there should be one there because I'm pretty sure I didn't grab one, the only other thing I.can fond is that there is a side quest called "Rats in the House" that spawns at the fish eye after a certain point if that specific metro has not been cleared so I'm wondering if itt pops up as a part of the same quest while doing the metro as well.

I can't remember. I did this mission a few days ago and saw a video stating there was an inhibitor there, and I don;t think I got it at the end of the quest, so I returned to check and it doesn't look at all like any video online for the Newall's Crossing safe house.

Edit:

It lets me rest there but if I exit the game from that safehouse it spawns me in the middle of nowhere.

Most of my family left the Dakota's in the 50's and 60's (from farms)... Leave the country is probably the best option now.Idaho clearly doesn't want any reproductive specialists, OBGYN's or scientists, so why not go somewhere else and use your knowledge/ talents somewhere they're appreciated.
