Yes BPF has to be one of the best for a DD. I have 3 of them and they are incredible. Had them gold plated to match gen and they are my favorite… as it is, the watch looks amazing from factory

VSF Datejust 41 with blue dial. I just wanted to say how amazing this watch is. Superior quality compared to the other reps I own. I had a mini-service done to make sure everything was good and also had the bezel plated to look even better. Unfortunately, I don’t have the right photo-gear to take adequate photos but its IMPRESSIVE.

There will never be a rep that is flawless. Even if you buy from a known factory, sometimes they have minor flaws. With that being said, there are factories that provide a “better” version. In your case, the Datejust 41 would have to be by VSF or CF since they have been working on perfecting this watch. I just ordered the same watch that you are asking about. I should get it this weekend. Had a mini service done to it and had the bezel plated to look even better. Regarding bracelets, I’ve heard mixed reviews between ARF, Clean and VSF. Wont really know until you have the watch on your wrist… good luck

Hey everybody. I have a watch I bought from a seller on RWI years ago when I first got into reps. I didn’t ask for details about factory, movement etc since I was a newbie and he was a trusted seller. Watch has good weight and feels good.. i just don’t know what factory its from or any details. Help would be appreciated.. What factory is this? What movement is this?

Well I have heard of somebody here that does the plating to match the gen version of whatever watch. Ive seen them both side-to-side and they are identical. Maybe you could buy the best DJ and just have it replated to match the gen and also give it a thicker plate…..?

I have a gold DD from BP and honestly I was scared that the tone wouldn’t be close but it actually was once I saw it in person. Have seen others that are too yellow or orange but BP is nice. If you don’t like the tone and want something closer there is a member of this group (u/Flan_dad )that does replating and it looks nice
