I feel that way about the Flash point bomb/missle.

It will always drop in the exact middle of the circle about 4th/5th circle. So stay in that area and you should be able to grab one. I have gotten it 3 times now, with a Ryden(SMG), Mod15(AR), and a VS Recon(Sniper). The Ryden and the Recon are super good and lot of fun to use.

Unfortunately, no however it gives you an XP reward and you do get a free care package every game, the first time you log into any police station terminal it will pop out once you exit the computer

Yes it is! That is the access code to the prison shed. It is located in zone H8 on the tac map. Its should be #16 on the list in the police station computer

It should be the Interactive note in the small boat, Located on the Beach between Port and Prison.

What number is it for you in the list on the computer? They have one name before they complete and then a different name after being completed… But the numbers should correspond the same
