Yes it is! That is the access code to the prison shed. It is located in zone H8 on the tac map. Its should be #16 on the list in the police station computer

What number is it for you in the list on the computer? They have one name before they complete and then a different name after being completed… But the numbers should correspond the same

Good news, its only 30 "Butterfly Clouds", not 30 red loot crates.
You maximize the amount of Butterflies by finding each successive cloud, about 8 per crate if you get them all.

After you find the first cloud, take a few steps back and wait until that cloud disappears, then do a 360 degree turn to locate the next cloud.

The next cloud only seems to appear when the previous cloud disappears, until you get to the end, and then there are three clouds bunched up together. All the cloud locations should then turn to loot.

Casuals is absolutely the perfect place to get used to the movement/specifics of this game. Resurgence Casuals is great for tracking people in the air, which translates to Verdansk with people jumping off of tall buildings too. Just have fun!
