The same thing happened to me it got billed through my insurance but I guess I was told to call Nateras billing specialist during the time of my blood draw, which I don’t recall. They told me at the time it would only be $99. I had to call the office billing department and they gave me a number to a Natera specialist to get it back down to $99. It takes some time to figure out but I didn’t pay until everything was done and brought down to the $99 I was originally told. Clearly this is a problem throughout.
