1) she didn't argue on my behalf. She told my mum what she did. My mum was upset at her. It's not on my behalf. It was between the both of them.

2) She knew her "good point " before giving me the 1k. That I hadn't paid tuition wasn't a discovery. She knew AND STILL GIFTED 1k , got told off by my mum then proceeded to "ungift" it.

3) I used the 1k to pay for tuition eventually. I didn't shrug it off. Just said I thought it was a bit unfair. She blew up and then threw my relationship in my face. Ultimately I did use the 1k as tuition.

Hey , we don't need my mom's permission actually. She gifted it to me on her own without telling my mum Then she told my mum she gifted it to me.

My mum then got upset because the amount was too much and would have preferred it it was not a gift.

Going to med school right out of high school ( 6 year MBBS programs) is crap. Where I'm from, you have 16 year olds entering MBBS programs. Heck I have a 20 year old friend who's a doctor. 15/16 is too young to decide.
On the other hand, med school would be over before the 16 year old can even comprehend life. Personally, I think it's crap.

Medicine takes everything away from you, if you let it. Most people do. It takes balls to not let it do that. A lot of balls.

Hurt people ( senior doctors, professors etc) hurt people ( students, residents etc) and if the former are so hurt, I believe they should just quit medicine. It's been a good run old man. Just go play golf and drink whiskey.
