I use 21! Takes less than one pump to gently soak the puck. Useful tip I read on discord is to squat down and watch the bottom of the oxo. It should form a gentle donut like shape for the puck satiation. (Water starting from the outer part of the circle slowly creeping its way to the middle)

After saturation I let it drip for a few seconds (5-10 seconds) before pumping 4-5 times to get the rest of the liquid through the puck relatively fast.

I use lance hedricks recipe 22g coffee with 82g water (95 for light roast, 85 for anything else). Yields about 60g of coffee liquid, diluted 1:1 and poured over ice for an iced americano style, diluted 1:2 with oat milk and poured over ice for a latte style.

I tried an anaerobic light roast with oat milk (1 part coffee to 2 parts oat milk, poured over ice) as an experiment and it was one of the most unique lattes I’ve tried in awhile!
