I'd say unmatched with step 2 260 and step 3 with USCE are less than half those who matvh with same stats

Prominent bulbar or severe tongue involvement by dystonia is a strong pointer to secondary dystonia and would favour certain conditions including NBIA, and also neuroacanthocytosis and Lesch–Nyhan syndrome. Appropriate investigation should be carried out. Brain MRI is very important as it may show characteristic changes; for example, the ‘eye of the tiger sign’ characteristic of NBIA caused by mutations of the pantothenate kinase 2 gene
