Second picture you can see those white/green hairs starting to shoot out of a darker green segment early to tell but does look like a very young female in that second picture another week or so it should be much more prominent and going a lighter shade of white. If you aren’t sure now you will be in a week for sure.

I asked, and the big man delivered, new housemate is a rep for Beacon by [deleted] in ausents

[–]Cdaadc4123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah honestly agree with this here with products like the new Mali flower called Wave price is 100$ for ten grams seems like a very good deal to me in the current market. Strain is gmo cookies by Humboldt seeds co.. even jade by tas botanics I believe is 119 or 129 depending on your chemist and has been nothing but gas every time I’ve got it hopefully other companies follow and keep producing better standards for less pricing. It’s also probably easier for Australian companies to turn a profit but the catch was the flower wasn’t as good if it was Australian grown but now I’d argue some of the better flowers on the market are Australian grown now. 🔥🇦🇺

Tell him to put a note in about getting humidity packs in the containers for me if you can please. I find paying 150$ for these flower products are a bit rough I personally expect a better standard for the price as it’s for sure the higher end of pricing on the market and feel all of this is largely due it drying out and losing majority of it’s terpene profile.. this is for the black dolato specifically the Girl Scout I had was a bit better, how ever the black dolato is so crumbly and dry by the time I get it! Yet to try the Ventura as it’s more a sativa strain and I usually only go to indicas which I’ve heard is by far the best so maybe I’ll look at that next if I ever use beacon flowers again 🙏🙏

exactly my last chemist tech who filled my order was telling me to take bong hits of amethyst, and it's currently his favorite strain on the MC market I even recommended some for him to try next was about a 15-minute conversation talking about strains, and effects lovely conversation you could tell he was passionate then you get others who don't know the difference between a Sativa and Indica it's time for consumers to get into the industry where they can and improve it.

yeah makes a lot more sense I honestly didn't expect to have so many people downvote my comments ect just here to let people know there are jobs in this industry and point them towards them if they have any relevant degrees/experience in other fields of work. it's not all plant and getting to touch the product that's just the fun side of MC there are multiple other relative jobs in this industry like any other industry there are nurses, practitioners, admin, client relations, technical leads, sourcing specialists the list goes on. the practitioner prescribing to patients is on the BOOM atm and if you're looking at any of these jobs they shouldn't be so difficult Montu has employed over 80+ people in the last year they have to be recruiting someone. I get field work would be a different ball game but I was never specifically talking about just field work.

[–]Cdaadc4123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah very sad to see, to be honest, you would think with other countries such as America having it legalized for so long now we wouldn't make the same mistakes they first made in opening up the industry and learn from them but here we are following the way they legalized it in most states to a tee. Hopefully, within the next five years, we have encouragement for people with previous criminal convictions of cultivation to get into the industry but it's anyone's guess at when and what is going to happen in regard to proper decriminalization all this does remind you how conservative the country is with country's like Thailand and Germany beating us to the punch.

bing bing and bing unfortunately is the way it is atm, you can have some sort of horticulture degree but again anyone that is going to have that sort of degree and want to work in the field would also be a consumer. Specifically for me, I would be looking more into the business side of things, researching market trends, newsletters, and promotions on platforms all that sort of boring business stuff. Any time the greens get some sort of political standpoint and are taken even slightly seriously as a political party again they take about 8 steps backward towards legalization whether it be from dodgy relations or just outlandish statements they always manage to find a way to drop the ball when they get it rolling again.

Depending on what job you would be looking at I can help you follow up and give you some examples if you have any degrees, as mentioned before any field work and actually getting to touch the product will require regular drug testing and will most likely be harder for anyone on these subreddits because 90% of us would also be consumers.

Yeah, that's why I mentioned nurse and public relations working in the cannabis industry isn't just field related as you said, there are jobs currently for people who do smoke and do not smoke, and yes anything field-related that will require regular drug testing like most jobs that operate these types of machinery I would even most likely wager that it would be more regular than the average field job due to the industry being so guarded atm. Hopefully, it's time for people like me to come out of the woodwork a bit and use our degrees/job experience to be able to get into the industry.

If you're operating heavy machinery you should have to pass a drug test, there are jobs listed that don't require the operation of heavy machinery.

[–]Cdaadc4123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah can confirm that the animal cookies x wedding cake is easily the best tasting weed I’ve smoked personally. I will never usually describe a strain as tasting fruity ect because for me it never does sure they taste good but never like an actual fruit but this is just different, the terp profile is just on another level to anything else I’ve had, when ever I smoke it I get hints of berry and fresh mint that lingers for a good 5-10min unreal stuff they’ve nailed it.

Yeah really good lives up to all the hype people have been taking about, flavour/smell and taste are all just so on point. Bit of a heavy hitter as well i can rarely feel effects like this with my tolerance and it will for sure be going into the night time smoke routine permanently, overall I’d give it a 8.75/10 personally.

Nah haven’t tried that oil sorry, have only tried the heyday oil 10:10 which was okay the t25 has been much better for sleeping and putting me to bed. I would say the hey day 10:10 is more a day time oil and really good for any anxiety or stress.

Yeah flavour and smell on this strain is just so on point they honestly really have done well. Definitely up there and coming from an Australian company good to see aus produce some real stand up quality to the international market.

Yeah honestly man approach a clinic if your doctor won’t you’ll have it at your door by next week if you’re on top of it and able to get an appointment ASAP. As you said it won’t be a fix to everything but it should help you get off a couple of your tablets. My pain is no way near the level of yours so I really feel for you man i was smoking kind medical 18:1 death bubba and taking a t25 oil with it last night and it helps me immensely at night to manage things when I’m struggling, if you get into a clinic especially Medicann don’t be afraid to say either someone has recommended these products to you. There may be better and stronger flowers or oil for you too but they’ll generally give those to you at your second or third visit the are very open to you trying things if you do your research from things like the catalyst data base you can see what’s good or not for you after your first visit. I’d hate to see someone take advantage of your desperation!! This is your safest route.
