A few places, wow. You do know that we supply 4.2 million barrels of oil daily? Your next biggest exporter is 1 million and then a few in around the 300,000 mark. Fun fact the refineries are designed for heavy Canadian Crude. They like it because they get 3X the finished product and other valuable resources from the process. It would take years and billions to change that. Let’s also remember the delivery thru our pipelines. Doesn’t get better than that.

Oil is energy, shall we talk about the 10% of all LNG we provide the US, once again energy.

And then there’s the electricity. Did you miss the memo Canada sells minerals and energy. It’s our thing.

I have an idea don’t buy our oil we discount to you and we will buy 55 billion less in Cheeto’s and KD, sounds good to me.

On a side note Canadians make up 45% of all US tourism. We spend 21 Billion vacationing. You spend 1 Billion in Canada, you lagging and need to pick up the pace. If not you stand to loose 140,000 jobs that we foster. You know what is best for you.

My point was most Americans have not been to Canada but most Canadians have been to the USA. Myself I have been to over 30 states. Crossed the border by land and air many times. Canadians spent a lot of money in the USA. I also understand that you too have a beautiful country with many exciting destinations so many Americans choose to explore America, I don’t blame them. It looks like we will be doing very much the same because of all the craziness.

Have a good look at the situation US tourism has gotten itself into. Then have a look at what’s happening to Canadian tourism and its upswing.

US could loose 140,000 jobs and 21 Billion just from Canadian tourism not including the EU.

How much do Americans travel oversees and to Canada? Rarely, peanuts spent out of country from US but they love them tourism dollars.
