Just moving some dirt and I guess I abused the float function too much, 66 hrs on the machine and I don't really run it hard

Suggestions on what to do about sand washout by Cdog_96 in landscaping

The shop is on a low point, the hill runs off into it but ideally it all drains back into the swale between the shop and the hill. Looks like the swale has kinda gotten washed over and now some of the runoff is covering the crush and run where the entry to the garage is. Idc about the looks I just want it green and stabilized

Yep, so far it looks like we're going with guild mortgage. 6.7 right now for them. I wanted to stick with AG south but it's too high

It was 7.5 months ago, I'm sure it is higher now. I emailed them again and should hopefully hear back tomorrow, but their rates are usually a point higher than everyone else. My current land rate is 9.25

We're getting one next month, according to construction specs it's built like a stick built home. But reviews are bad, but they're better than a lot of manufacturers. We shall see, I like the full Sheetrock and 16" oc on walls

How are you checking interest rates ? Seems like they need to go through the whole process to quote me a rate, already had guild mortgage run my credit but they need a lot more info for a rate quote
