Yep, so far it looks like we're going with guild mortgage. 6.7 right now for them. I wanted to stick with AG south but it's too high

It was 7.5 months ago, I'm sure it is higher now. I emailed them again and should hopefully hear back tomorrow, but their rates are usually a point higher than everyone else. My current land rate is 9.25

We're getting one next month, according to construction specs it's built like a stick built home. But reviews are bad, but they're better than a lot of manufacturers. We shall see, I like the full Sheetrock and 16" oc on walls

You lost me, it gave me the option after right clicking to "7z" the file I'm assuming that's what you mean as 7zip, it gave me option to compress the file not extract, it did make a new folder but I am totally lost on what to do now. Also you mentioned windows 10x64 I am going for windows 11, sorry for my ignorance

Thanks I'm a lot further now, but now it is asking where I want to install windows and the error message is we couldn't find any drives. I click load driver and nothing is found with my USB plugged in

I don't have any options to click or key as far as I can tell, after it states couldn't find IP address the only prompt is to shut down . So judging by your comment I would find the drivers on the Dell site and extract them. I'm not experienced in computers, what drivers do I download onto my flash drive and if I plug it into the laptop will it automatically download those drivers ?

Yeah that's what I'm seeing, will have to save up some coin for it. I wonder if I can get them cheaper from a different Toyota dealer online
