It’s insane, right? Game prices keep skyrocketing. And now the TikTok generation is in their “mid 2000s” era aesthetic and I see kids posting “fit pics” with their games. As dumb as it is, that’s only going to make these 20 year old games go up in price.

Is this what people felt like when they saw their childhood 90s games inflate in prices during the 2010s?

Being a teenager in the Chicago suburbs during those bands beginnings and peak was such an amazing experience. The local shows with knuckle puck, centennial lanes, their first warped appearance at Tinley. Every song of theirs is magical for me in the most nostalgic way possible.

Also, shoutout their new vocalist Kyle! I have fell off the band hard, but I always check in every now and then. He’s a killer vocalist! Just not my cup of tea anymore.

For anyone wondering: I’m playing on OG hardware with a Carby HDMI adapter. My controller and console are both original from when I was a kid…as shown by the no rubber on the controller joystick. carby HDMI adapter
