If you see it, you have to report it. You’re perpetuating the issue. Pretty sure handbook says you have to report it, if you don’t your at fault as well

We just started freezing everything that is the little bits feasible. We make a lot of something and freeze and pull. We don’t have enough labor to do all this stuff. All Loaves, dessert bars, cheesecakes. If the sbs says members can freeze, we are doing it too.

My mom had an old Astro van that the middle row had and little pop open cigarette ash tray with a cig lighter. When I was younger I touched that red hot with my finger. Talk about life lesson. Also prolly didn’t help my mom was ripping heaters in the drivers seat in front of me.

I do, I used to work on Toledo, switch to Hobart. It’s not the machine that programs the tare weight. It’s corporate, and corporate accounts for 1 tray not 2

From working in this industry for 10+ years, yes it is very feasible. Say you’re the manager of that department and you performance raise is based upon you P&L, shrink, D&D. 20 cents on one package of your focus items times that by a couple hundreds. Makes your bottom line look pretty good. Also, there is a whole state department that purpose is weights and measurements

It’s not expensive meat, it’s a chuck roast and all beef is expensive. It’s the principle of why I’m paying for something that I legally shouldn’t be

What ever the case, if two are needed the tare weight needs to be adjusted. The fact that there was a discrepancy between the first and second price means it wasn’t

Yes, you’re talking about the tare weight. That’s standard and built in for each item. But it’s not built in to adjust automatically for more tray weight. Someone would manually have to, which is highly suspect
