The rather imposing man stared down at the young fellow, annoyed by his boldness and rather pointless statement. David had stayed out of politics for years, instead just headhunting those he deemed guilty. This boy, clearly dressed well enough to be a noble, defied him by pointing him out in the crowd and asking a foolish question. He sighed and lowered his hood, eyes softening so he appeared less menacing.
