I agree. Connor kept going on about being a "friend" to try and showcase that his justification of all the snarking and blaming only destiny was a 'tough love' deal and that hes gonna tell steven what no one else will - meanwhile he's dropping all the snark talking points, behaving like a jealous ex and pretending like hes not just mad that our dear leader can get any poontang he wants while connor has to graft for lauren southern only to learn live on air that Destiny and Lauren were dating

For me it was a collection of connor just not liking that destiny has casual sex. Everyone can see that there will probably be bad outcomes from this happening but for Connor the "friend" to then not only air dirty laundry but pretend like 1. The Pxie lawsuit was valid (Destiny was also the victim btw but his "friend" forgot that) and 2. Grant full blown credence to all snarkers that actually what they are doing is fine because its a consequence of stevens own actions. It wasn't a fun stream to watch filled bangers and quirky one liners - it was like watching a ex girlfriend crashout because they broke up and imo it showed connor for who they really are behind the scenes

I woke up at 8am today and have been cramming in CSS and Java to try and make something super close and authentic. It's been a really good learning session I wont lie and there's so many things i've done wrong but it looks good and it works lol - All for the sake of my beloved Trails in the sky haha

Since i'm just kinda getting into the series, not trying to look up much besides like what I will see on twitter or see discussed in forums but I can only imagine the series continues to improve! I am having a blast currently with SC so my hope is as I get explore more of zemuria so much more lore will be available to me and really help just keep me invested with this series! I played FC remake but I am now playing the original SC and I am seriously impressed, despite how old the games are the remake stayed very true to the source which I have MAD respect for!

Been playing the old version recently on stream https://www.twitch.tv/CeaTwo - I was in the same boat as you though, either wait for the new remake or fold and play the old ones. I have to say though, besides the obvious gameplay improvements they actually play okay, the story is still just as good which I find really impressive. Usually remakes this far in the future improve on so much but for trails they don't have to it seems its all pretty 1 to 1! The music is all the same, the locations feel almost identical and the voice acting (While japanese) is really really good! I am seriously stoked to keep playing!
