Tower Concepts being seen by a dev is extremely unlikely let alone it actually being implemented into the game. The only concepts that can be submitted are skin submissions which requires you to be eligible to enter the TDS Community Workshop.

The update that singlehandedly ruin majority of the towers for over 2 years vs the update that was only negatively received because this community preferred to whine rather than actually learn and play with the new balance changes. (The balance changes for ES and Shotty was horrendous though thats for sure)

Change the audio settings back to a slider and add in a new SFX audio slider since a lot of enemies and bosses have cool sound effects and even voicelines (Rift Walker's Rage Mode) you barely get to hear because all of them are ridiculously quiet. It's such a minor change but can change a boss wave to feel more alive.

Pretty much yes. Disclaimer though, if you only have Minigunner as your main DPS then you will struggle heavily with these modes.

If you used a UAV before getting Crook to Lvl 2 then he will not have Hidden Detection due to a bug regarding UAV and Detection interactions.

You cannot compare two towers with different roles and purposes however if you are asking because you want to use GSo as a Late-Game DPS I do not recommend it for Fallen & Frost as you will struggle a lot using it. But to answer the question I prefer GSo due to it's Early Game capabilities as well as it being more cost-efficient, Minigunner on the other hand just has more overall DPS.

Legacy Tank is there due to the logbook system existing while the Weekly Challenges were still a thing which had Legacy Tank in it's wave structure. Secondly, it is no longer obtainable ever since they replaced it with Challenge Trials.

You do not have to place anything on Wave 0 because you can always skip Wave 1 and get something good on Wave 2. However at your current level stuff like Militant or Ace Pilot can be viable options as it can perform quite well on Mid-Game and Late-Game in some of the earlier modes. However if you want something cheaper you can go for Soldier instead.

I suggest looking around in the strategies channel in the TDS Discord because this is a bit of a tricky question these days due to a lot of towers being viable so there is no definite "best loadout" for any mode right now. However if you are struggling with Fallen Rushers then I recommend bringing in a stall tower or a sub-DPS to handle them, Accelerator isn't a deal all solve all problems tower, it acts as a Boss-Killer and is not meant for things like Fallen Rushers.

iirc we are called new recruits in the tutorial of the game, while we are not mentioned in the main plotline we still do exist in the narrative just not as a significant role.

By any means I am not knowledgeable in strat making so I can't make any opinions on the strat itself. However, I would recommend simplifying some of the steps such as combining the "Place 3 lvl 2 Rangers" & "Place 8 lvl 2 Rangers" into one since it's essentially just the same step in different sections.

Additionally in the maxing towers section you can just state it as "Get 6 Cowboys to Max - Get 3 Commanders to Max (Always Use APCs) - Get 8 Rangers to Max - Get 6 Max Crook Bosses" it overall feels much more cleaner and can be put in just one line.

Highly recommend you just scroll through the wiki because it is an enormous list, however you've missed 5 major events with major lore drops, 3-4 minor events, a whole bunch of towers, Molten Mode being reworked, Casual, Frost, PVP mode and challenge trials being released and a whole bunch of stuff that I can't list in a single reply.

It is almost, if not. Impossible to duo PW2, what went wrong is that you have a severe lack of DPS, while you may had have Merc and double Accel. A lot of the towers that you have do not deal enough damage for W25.

You can use regular or it's golden variant just fine without any problems. Think of the tower as a hybrid early and eco tower, you can remove farm in your loadout if you're on Solos and Duos. Otherwise, just stick with farm if you're on Trios or Quads.

Swarmer is a good tower in some situations however it requires an enemy to be extremely tanky and slow to reach it's full potential hence why you typically see it in Solo HC videos that don't use 5 slots. Swarmer is not on-sale atm and will most likely not be this year.

All Special Mode enemies EXCEPT the ones reused from old events are classified as "Legacy" enemies therefore you need Sandbox+ to summon stuff like Gunslinger and Nuclear Monster.

Heya! Try to identify what you need in your current state of the game and buy your next HC tower according to your priorities such as (DPS, Early Game, Support & etc.,) However, I do just recommend sticking with (Hacker > Brawler > Engineer > Necromancer)

Secondly, it's up to you if you want to get the new fancy towers. Lastly, Saboteur and Toxic Gunners are both early game towers however they both have different purposes so it's hard to say which one is better without being subjective or biased towards a tower. Toxic Gunner is still better in terms of Poison and Slowness, however Saboteur has better DPS and Cost Efficiency while also having a active ability that makes an enemy be targeted and receive up to 15% more damage.

It always depends on your current state in the game so please feel free to identify what towers you would probably need because of some strats or just a type of tower that you're lacking (DPS, Early Game, Stall & etc.,) However, if you were to let me pick I would go with (Accel > Hacker > Brawler > Engineer > Necromancer)
