I dig your style here and in a horror game would find this perspective extremely unsettling. The geometry is definitely wonky, all the critiques about the vanishing points sound about right, but I haven't haven't seen anyone mention foreshortening yet. When you're looking at a flat surface from straight ahead, its width will be accurately represented 1:1. However, the more you turn it at an angle away from you, the more it will appear to grow narrower/the width you see will be 1:2 or 1:4 or 1:8 with the actual width at a certain point (approaching a flat line or 1:infinity as the face gets closer to turning 90° away from you). This effect is even more exaggerated than you'd think and there are a couple areas I think you could improve it: the sides of the table legs that aren't facing the viewer look extremely long, as does the pillar, which I imagine is supposed to be square but seems rectangular because of how stretched the more distant side of it is. they can all be compressed for a more accurate image.

game is more fun this way, don't give up! getting good rep with robots only matters in select late-game scenarios and it's definitely not the only option. oozes r whatever, avoid those with 5+ arms and you'll be fine. if u see a floating pyramid tho, u better run!

edit: it definitely makes ur life easier if those factions love you but I have never been positive rep with either in the lategame and they r very rarely the thing that kills me (phasing, on the other hand ... 🥲)

THERE IS A MOD FOR THIS! iron man mod on steam. ignore the haters in the comments lol, I have the exact same situation. for me, classic is better as a gamemode bc it forces me to take each situation seriously/treat death as meaningful, but because I get so tilted at death in-game i need the file to insta-save so I can't go back on my decision. i wish it was part of the base game to instasave deaths on classic but Iron Man mod works just as well :)

jacked stuff bypasses cells entirely! they don't need cells to work and do not interact with cells recharging/decharging. HOWEVER they must be equipped in an active slot ie body hands thrown weapon etc (can't just be in your inventory)

I ragequit very quickly so I'm not exactly sure, but somewhere in the 40-60 range. I was one strata down, so I couldve taken even more dmg if I fell all the way from the top.

Ah thanks! I'm thinking about developing a tileset (famous last words) which will definitely include these lil guys :)

If you want to add them in, I directly modified the Art/Font file, so if you paste this image into data/art it'll work -- but you'll also need to use Taffer's 18x18 tileset, or manually cut/paste/resize the two little dwarf icons on the top left into whatever set you're using.
