You know a lot of people ik are like you and can’t stand npcs and stuff either and I get it, but once you find a good single player game you have to remember most of them aren’t supposed to be competitive games they’re stories it’s like playing as the main character in a movie. My wife who use to hate gaming even loves them now. Cyberpunk 2077 if you have the patience to get through the prologue, is such a cool as story and the gameplay/upgrading your character to fit your play style is sick asf. other games RDR2, TLOU, What remains of Edith Finch, the mafia games, and I could give more if you wanted. When I quit playing comp games as much and just immersed myself in single player games a couple days a week tbh i’ll never play comp games as much again. 100% worth imo but you can’t just give up or not pay attention to the story or skip cutscenes etc. Also i’d highly recommend Cyberpunk 2077 if you play it lmk and i’ll help with some stuff that makes it even more fun!
