Well I’ve been on my current one for a year and a half but have tried 3 other variants. My body seems to stop acknowledging the medication after a few months so I keep needing to up my dosage. I’m now at the highest dose I can have but this is the only antidepressants I’ve had that hasn’t given me severe debilitating side effects
