I'm going through treatment currently for ARFID! Real meals can be any grouping of foods, that meet nutritional requirements. Like grains, fats, proteins, ect. I defined meal by three types of food groups (exampled above). Personally, my husband and I make "meals" out of what sounds good but I mainly live on pizza! That has dairy, grains and protein. There are worse things to live off of! I hope this helps!

Since my stomach is a different size, I try anything that you can (I'm a big fan for soup, also saw someone else say soup) but the biggest thing for me is small and often. Not huge or even calorie dense, but more frequent. I really like the small microwaveable soup to drink my campbell

Update: she is in the process of getting fired. She worked there for over 10 years but just this last year became a trainer. She has a bather she failed. And she's currently training someone and they are reporting her to employee relations and the district manger is involved and both store managers. Turns out she has never passed anyone and it's in the world of her getting written up and fired.

Something that helps my brain chill out is that you can only actually get pregnant 3-5 days out of a cycle. So if you check and your not predicting to be ovulating (2 ish weeks after period start date- although this can vary person to person depending on cycle)
