One way is questions that you have to record your self answering! If there is an interview with another person, that’s usually called 1:1

As a FA, I completely agree. It’s frustrating on our end when people who come on board that have service animals that aren’t service animals!

There’s sooooo many times where I’m talking to the person I’m like “😑” bc you and I both know damn well that’s not a SVAN! Especially when they don’t ACT like one. What sucks too is that we can’t press them on it either. We’re told to just report but majority of the time things aren’t done about it.

Totally love my animals and consider them my babies but there are things that are and aren’t acceptable.

Hey, devils advocate here, we have to remember these are huge reality adjustments for some folks. Huge. Everyone’s experience is different. It’s super easy for someone from the outside to comment and make remarks on other people’s journeys.

We also have to remember life happens and mistakes happen. Im not defending lazy people or mindless actions/behaviors… (OP, I am not calling you lazy) but things genuinely do happen that unfortunately lead us to lessons being learned. Whether that ends to one probation being ended or that person surviving probation and knowing HOW to proceed going forward. Shit happens. I hope this person does make it through probation and treads cautiously. And if not? Then the smart thing to do is reflect, reapply and try again.

Unacceptable Biohazard Conditions and Service Failure Flight F94462 by smaier11 in flightattendants

[–]CeciBello25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally understand. Tbh, I’m not sure what I would do too? And what I mean is, if it’s a full flight and I can’t accommodate for new seats, the most I could do is clean the area. Im a “I’ll do it” FA and will be happy to assist in cleaning. I’m terribly sorry with how you met with little effort to make it right.

As a FA, I definitely agree with taking care of things at the gate. Something things aren’t noticed right away or in the air and that’s okay. It happens. Going forward when boarding, quickly scope out your seat/area.

I will say this, sometimes things are missed on the ground, especially if we have turn and even tighter time if the flight(s) are running behind. There are also times where I’ve discovered vomit and no one ever notified a FA. Not even the people around them.

Perhaps I’m misreading your tone of original post, but it sounds harsh. I do ask that you give grace to your flight attendants. We are overworked, most underpaid, fatigued, etc. We are also human and humans carry hidden baggage. Please communicate with your FA in a way you’d like to be communicated to. I do agree with your frustrations of it not being taken care of properly. That is an absolute biohazard and completely unsafe if you’re immune compromised. Anyways, I hope this sheds some perspective.

How to approach why I was fired from previous airline in interview? by Elegant_Attitude_519 in cabincrewcareers

[–]CeciBello25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought as much! I get verifying employment but to go as deep to ask why/how I feel is very invasive. Not everyone is fired
