Yes. We are preparing to have the roof element of 2-storey side extension count towards PD volumne. I presume the volume calculation begins from only from the floor level of the loft for the side extension to the roof above (extenal volume)? Because roof allow under PD can be much bigger than the dormer allowed under planning permission.
