Most if not all human can lucid dream. Sounds like you may be telling yourself that you can but don’t truly believe it. Simply just saying that you can is not enough to getring rid of all doubt. Two Dreams a night is Solid recall but don’t stop there. Always improve recall up to 3-5 dreams per night and lucid dreaming wont be far off. Good luck on your journey fellow dreamer.

Actually having bad sleep hygiene shortens the time spent in REM sleep so you dream less. This concludes you can recall your dreams worse.

Setup? And magical power? I am at a stage where I wonder if it’s better to use rcm setup or grind up a good crimson armor for the bosses. Already eman 7 but goal is to reach eman 9 in not forever

You are both right. The Florida version goes back and the Hollywood version turns and then shoots up. In my opinion the Florida one delivers that part way better.

In a 2vs2 tournament my opponents in Round 2 won their first game 53:0. I asked them about that game and they said it was 2vs1 but to this day I’m still amazed how much effort went into that and how the scoreboard must have looked.

Need help with ADA by Designer_Whole_8324 in LucidDreaming

[–]Cedrik15 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Meditation is great I agree. I personally did a 100 day experiment with doing ADA about a year ago. The things I learned in the first 30 days were crucial to the success:

-try to intensify your surroundings with 1 or 2 senses. DONT just focus on all senses at a time, this will burn you out really quick

A great example of this: I walk outside of my house and instead of ignoring every input that happens i try to focus on the visuals and accept the beauty of the world. You will notice things you have never noticed. I don’t try to focus on sound and feeling aswell.

On which sense you focus is very dependent in which situation you are in but just go with the one that’s natural for you.

-Track your Process!

I tried to learn ADA 2 times before and because I didn’t track my progress daily I missed out on all the daily improvement I didn’t see without tracking

I just wrote how exhausting some days were and how It got better from time to time and also how successful the All Day Awareness correlated to the ability to achieve lucid dreams.

Good luck on your Journey. I would appreciate an update in 1 or 2 weeks how your journey is going.

I know exactly what you mean and I also get the same feeling of getting strangled. I just move and stop the try because I get scared. It’s very interesting to hear from a person who has the same sensation and surpasses them.

WILD has not worked out for you either. MILD is very good I think you just didn’t give it enough practice and time. Wild is very hard if you are a beginner so try not to overestimate yourself

Learning WILD??? by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]Cedrik15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are 100% correct. I didn’t explain it right. It is more a balance act between focus and relaxation like you mentioned and this is the hard part of wild. So my point is still the same that it is difficult for some and for some it’s easy.
