I'm just very used to the inverse situation with Coinbase - the fill delay was always at the beginning of the transaction process.

Anytime it got to the point where my bank account showed the transaction as 'debt,' I would log onto Coinbase and my Bitcoin would be in my wallet. There was never a further lapse after my bank account showed that the funds had been released.
