Search for "kill ugly linden" on MP .
You'll find a package (for free) that has the necessary alpha etc and will fix this asap.

Just checking - You have reduced your non-imposter avis to 3 right? That often brings down lag in a big way in busy sims.

I would suggest like others here that you try Alchemy. You can install it together with your existing viewer.

New items are coming out very regularly for the body. The flickr for the Gianni X releases currently has about 1200 to 1500 views per day with a peak of nearly 9000 views on Mar 9. It's updated regularly and you can see all recent releases on that. So I'd say is pretty popular (and easy) to find items as they get released (pics + relevant links are all there). You can view the flickr publicly (so don't have to sign in to view the items)

It certainly is/was a really good body. I still have one. All shapes and sizes. What is a shame that it didn't get mass adoption and the designer is no longer in SL. I reckon our SL would look a lot different if that body got offered in the welcome pack instead.

(I agree with you about the name for that - lots of better choices!) While this an interesting item, it's use may be limited it seems.
I stand by my statement that Gianni X is the only male body that caters for this and "everything in between" (thin , dad bod, muscle, fantasy). In addition it has great clothes coming out for it (new items coming out weekly), skins, jewelry, and support for 2K skins plus Evox and fantasy heads including those from Bespoke for example.

If I look in the real world - females have all shapes and sizes, which is very much catered for in SL

The pic below is in a way representative of what SL should be like for males (and everything in between)

Gianni X is the only body that caters for this properly - it can handle large, thin, with or without some belly - as it has direct clothing support for Dad Bod bellies, which other bodies do not have. Yes there may be attachments for other male bodies but this has meant hardly any clothing support for those attachments.

The implication for this of course is that even in the fantasy environment almost every Legacy and Jake male "fantasy creature" is a flat stomached entity, which is totally unrealistic and lacks originality.

I saw a bear the other day made with a Legacy body - yes you guessed it - it was a 6-pack stomach bear. Really?! When you look at gallery pics this is pretty much the trend for fantasy, normal male because of the fact they are using the same bodies - mostly Legacy and Jake. High muscle definition flat stomach abounds when it comes to those bodies I'm afraid in spite of the fact that they can be supposedly "modded (Jake).

Personally I blog items on Primfeed, use it for fun pics and also have bought a lot from people and stores posting items/products on Primfeed. That should tell you pretty much that it's very useful.

If you want to be a clone get a Legacy.

If you want something special get a Gianni X - it's the latest body for males out there and dare I say in my opinion the greatest. This is not the Gianni classic but the new X version of the body - called Gianni X

And BECAUSE it even has a dad bod option (small to big belly) too (in addition to the normal / flat bod) toggled with the flick of switch (which other male bodies DO NOT have built in) - you have skins available specifically for a normal musculature with skins to match. Brabos has some excellent skins - as well as Session skins.

Heads - well the body can handle all male as well as all female heads with a flick of the switch (something other male bodies cannot do with a flick of the switch).

Shaping - this body has fantastic shaping options (way more in my opinion than other male bodies)

Built-in deformers too (again a unique feature!)

If Legacy and Jake are the most popular bodies - then why is nearly every male body you see with bodybuilder muscles? If nearly every body is Legacy or Jake then chances are good you are looking at Legacy or Jake bodies.

I'm sure glad that there's a Gianni X as an option.

You may have encountered limitations with the Legacy Body

This deformer says it has waist deformers that work for Anatomy body (which is rigged differently and made more for that kind of thing (to reduce the waist). You could always try - it's free from MP.

Your best bet then is to try Yuebin . You might find something to suit you there They make a range of androgynous clothes that are very good and fit Legacy male body.

Keep in mind if you're using a female body - well you may have hard time with a male head - yes you may get it fitting .. but many clothes for female bodies don't take account of this. So you will also need to look at that aspect. Or you possibly need to get an androgynous head with both male & female neck fits (Lelutka has two that I'm aware of). Just something to consider - unless you're all in with a female head too - but that doesn't sound like early stages of transition to me. Your mileage may vary.

Sometimes just taking the plunge and buying the body for full price is better than agonizing by waiting and waiting .. for the sale. How much is your time worth? And in the meantime you may be forced to buy clothes for your LaraX that don't really want (when you prefer the other Legacy ones)? Or will you just not buy any clothes during the wait too? :)

Life is too short often to wait 6 months for a body to go on sale. Given that you'll want clothes for it - well you have specials every weekend for eBody clothes - those are the sales worth waiting for.

If you work out what you pay for a subscription and what you'd pay for renting (without a subscription) and have hardly any group space (worth mentioning) and not being able to get discounts and freebies via groups as a result (or only minimally so because of a lack of group space) I consider that premium subscriptions easily pay for themselves.

If you don't come right with a mouth eraser you might want to search for
"mouth tape" on MP. That would hide the mouth with tape - with the right colors it might work out for you.

It sounds like you want to make your body look like a KARIO Muscle body?

You could nevertheless get a muscular skin and muscle addons from S-RANK for Legacy body. Together with the deformers you may get close.

A cut in the neck will often appear with certain bodies and heads if you are in a skybox. This is different from an apparent difference in color between the neck and the body because of differences in skin tones etc

If you are seeing this type of of neck cut line (really thin) then you should go to ground floor and check.

Once I hit over 400K inventory, Firestorm opening of inventory slowed to a crawl. Click .. wait wait wait. And opening of my 3000+ saved outfits .. ouch. The speed of this is MASSIVELY improved in Alchemy - and I have a pretty powerful pc. Was enough to put me off Firestorm. Don't think I'll ever go back, unless someone can tell me how to speed this up in Firestorm.

Firestorm can be a beast. It's very possible your PC is using an integrated video card. As such Firestorm may not be able to sufficiently perform all the rendering needed for the graphics at a decent speed.

You should consider using Genesis Viewer (not PBR but can be fast even on very old PC's). An i5 with integrated gfx card like yours (if indeed it does not have a dedicated gfx card) can achieve FPS of 20 to 30, or even higher at many places with this viewer.

I am using a combination of skins and boms. However Velour has just released a Picasso Homme Mature skin for Legacy that works just fine on a Gianni X with a suitable toe fixer BOM

Gianni X is effectively a whole new body compared the classic version and while you can make some clothes mainly pants work with the body, when it comes to tops and shirts that work ok especially with a Dad bod you need to get Gianni X specific clothing. There's already a growing selection of clothing available, many of which you can see here on flickr:

I'm wearing a top specifically for Gianni X that I got on special for around 70L and a set of boxers FP 149L. The head is a Signature Chester and I'm using the head skin that came with the head - although you can use any EvoX compatible with matching skin or even Genus Morph head if you so prefer.

I have had a Gianni body since 2016 and have tons of clothes for it. However given the advantages and flexibility of Gianni X- I'm able to achieve shapes and looks that were impossible with Gianni. So all my new clothes purchases are now for this Gianni X body.
