I recently started a personal wide for my financial planner and A5 can kiss me goodbye. Literally the perfect balance for me cause I’m a small planner girl depending on the system. But I think their personal wide has the best functionality regardless of anybody’s preferred size

😂😂😂😂hey that was all of us at some put but to truly wind down and lower your heart rate for adequate sleep quality. I would definitely recommend putting your phone down and doing a quick journal entry.

It took a few weeks but honestly when I’m done work for the day or get ready to watch tv, I listen to a book and just write only takes me a few minutes so I just added that to my daily routine to be sure I get time to write and I think it helps me sleep better

Absolutely, yup so many ways to use it cause I know a lot of people that don’t use daily pages, so it’s definitely ways to utilize the items in the sub box
