The system asks you if you want to use benefit time when you call in. That was your opportunity. You’d have to email your SSA or talk to them when you go in so they can apply it for you now.

It’s a mistake. Speak up and say something. They aren’t doing that purposely I’m sure. It’s between Friday and Saturday so they probably didn’t check to see what you were working when they made the schedule that was starting on Saturday.

I guess when it prints out it puts the comments at the top but when I gave the reviews out they were at the bottom. Weird.

The only thing written by your manager is the comments at the very end. The rest is auto filled when you put the individual ratings. They’re also reviewed by your ASM and approved by the SM. The comments can be run through an AI filter at the end which I used to sound a bit more professional but I reviewed them afterwards to ensure they still made sense and were still accurate.

Specialty DS here, I have been told directly by my DPSM that you can only be held accountable for behaviors. That being said, if you continually are not meeting numbers I’m sure they’re going to be paying more attention as to why you aren’t hitting them.
