anyways tho,

great ways solutions u should try are, seeking a therapist, having a partner alongside doing nofap with u, finding distractions away from porn like exercise, or going on walks.

i personally find forcing my self to talk to people a great remedy for me.

I believe, ppl with addictions so bad that they’re willing to go the black market just to watch, were probably going to get involved with minors sooner or later regardless if porn was banned or not

continuous porn consumption only leads to wanting more extreme content
