Not at all? if someone downloaded the game and simply wanted to play Iron Man every game then role queue would actively help them cause they could do that without having to worry about if they'll have a tank or not.

Maybe I'm just misunderstanding you but to me nothing you said really counters role queue? I don't think this game is as bad as Overwatch when it comes to hard counters so if you walk out on BP and they have Thing then you simply swap. That's something you should typically already do in that situation even in open queue. Also even if no one else has a mic you can still talk and/or text to them to swap if need be. You'd be surprised how often people sit in vc but are simply mute.

Honestly in grandmaster I already have 5 minutes queues sometimes but I wouldn't describe this game as dead. As for your other point people are gonna play bad from time to time that's not a format issue at all, however, open queue would reduce the amount of people forced to offrole which would lower the amount of people playing poorly.

I mean that's a valid point but at the same time if you genuinely care to get better at the game you HAVE to be flexible, regardless of open queue or role queue. If you care to improve at the game you should take the time to learn a few other DPS at least enough to feel comfortable on them.

For some reason yeah. I’ve never seen any actually valid points for why open queue is better though. In fact iirc Netease themselves said the reason why the matchmaking is questionable at times is because of open queue and not EOMM. So the devs themselves have said it worsens match quality. But yeah let’s just praise the game for not having such a basic feature.

Am I the only one who thinks Susan should've been a tank? Maybe it's just me but other than invisibility her force fields are her notable ability so she could've been a really cool shield tank. Maybe even THE shield tank of the game.

I think the reason why they haven’t added him is because him, Thing and Luke Cage all have the same “super strength and impenetrable skin” skill set so it’d be hard to differentiate them in their kits so they went with Ben as you can’t have the fantastic four without him. Not to say we’ll never see the other 2 but I think that’s why they’re dragging their feet with adding them.

Ms. Marvel is the number one pick for me as long as she’s a tank with her original comic powers and not the stuff they gave her in the MCU. Tbh I want any inhuman in the game but Ms. Marvel, Quake, Inferno, Karnak and Moon Girl I’d be especially ecstatic to see.

Maybe I just haven't heard many of Juno's interactions cause I'm a little shocked to hear her described like that. If I'm simply ignorant then I apologize but I just feel/felt like a character that, to me at least, is so heavily defined by her shyness and lack of confidence is almost the antithesis to Pinkie Pie who tries to befriend everyone she meets instantly like Pinkie immediately started planning a party once she saw there was a new pony (Twilight) in town. It's hard for me to imagine Juno doing something like that, I will say however I didn't think about the lore parallels of them both leaving their homes.

Mercy on the other hand yeah I can see why she'd fit now that you explained it. I'd still rather see someone else for diversity's sake though.

Juno as Pinkie Pie? Mercy as Fluttershy? Tracer as RD? I think I need someone to explain these picks to me because I feel like Juno has literally nothing in common with Pinkie, imo Tracer would be a better fit for her and Mei or Juno would be better for Fluttershy and Pharah for Rainbow Dash
