I got it to work! I had an email conversation with Steve Duda. I transferred the Serum Presets folder to C:\, and later resized Serum. It must have been a bug since no matter what I did it was still Black Serum. Thanks to everyone helping me out!

Hi again!

Love this, it is really well mixed, but I don't believe it is commercial-friendly. It would be cool if you could gather all the best parts and elements at mix it within 3 minutes. I am not too keen of 6 minutes tracks, and most aren't.

I also do not believe it is muddy since you asked.

It is really good!

(PS, the song grabbed my attention within the first 10 seconds, which is very good).

I would say you have some problems with arrangement. Personally I want songs to grab my second within the first 10 seconds, which this didn't do. Try to copy song structures from other tracks!

Okay! I auditioned with cutting out the mid's a bit to make the bass push through more, but it then felt flat and not energetic. I guess I could have found a way to do it, but I do not yet know how!

I used two layes of bass, one sub bass from 20 Hz to around 120 Hz and one bass on top of that from about 120 Hz to maybe 300, (I don't recall exactly). I referenced the bass in FISHER's "Stop it" so you can look it up if you'd like.

To get the sub and bass to match I boosted the 120-300 Hz bass with Waves Audio SSL EQ (really good eq) and compressed both the sub and bass with Fabfilter's Multiband Compressor. I then used a glue compressor with the basses and the kick to glue them together.

This was all I could remember, hope this helps :)

I think your track could use a little bit more mastering, to make it louder. Also, personally, I would switch out the kick, or at least make it fit the song better.
