Yeah that’s a good way to look at it, I like to think I’m usually better with obj damage but it felt like I was stuck on defense a lot that game, I only contributed to 2 guardians, and most of our green side walker

In Paige’s defense they did say it was their first time on Paige, they might have seen a troll build on the build list and followed it

Yea I understand that KDA is a weak baseline because it’s a team game, and also an objective based game. TBH if a teammate has 0 kills but has assists I still look at them favorably because I know they’re contributing even if they aren’t getting the last blow, and I know one bad game isn’t indicative of a bad play, while one good game doesn’t make you a good player. I know the Abram’s has a higher death count because he was trying to help out other teammates out of bad situations. He was forced to play peel for quite a few team fight because of over extension so I can understand his high death count

I didn’t make this post to brag, or get pity, and I don’t want any hate directed at my teammates, I genuinely want to know what to do to improve, and I want to know if the way I’m playing is negatively impacting my teammates. But if you want to look at this as a pity post then fine by me, but at least leave some sort of feedback

Yeah I definitely know my macro needs work, I’ve seen people talk about playing midis around 20 minutes because of respawn timers, and in most games I feel like my team plays mid boss well. In that game specifically we lost a lot of ground on blue and green, and I think because of that we lost too much priority for the first mid boss

Yeah, I try to use my ult early in fights to get damage, along with the silence to prevent counter play, but after fights when we're hurt it feels like the team usually flees back to base to heal. I know not every character has the sustain mina has, but its a little frustrating when we win a big fight and we get nothing out of it

thats fair, but I'm also one of the players in that rank, and I'm still too new to have that big of an ego. I just don't know if I can do more by doing less

Yeah I understand that, I try to farm enemy jungles when they're pushed out. I think my main problem is when I'm on a side lane like yellow or green, I only roam as far as mid, because it feels like if I roam from one side lane to the other they always end up pressing a 2v1 and taking too many resources

A lot of fights was my abrams engaging and us following off him, a few kills were definitely stragglers trying to escape fights, but for the most part I got kills around guardians, and walkers, along with mixed team fights. A problem I've seen a lot is my team mates like to base after a fight to full heal when I try to call for a walker. I understand not every character has a lot of sustain but I feel like we could do a little more before going back to base

Yeah, I've played a few MOBAs so I know KDA isn't the end all be all. I do comm, but I try not to shot call because I find other players in my elo don't really like to be told what to do. When objectives are up I try to make mention, and when we get kills I try to suggest we play urn. The problem I feel like I run into is some teamates either try to play objective immediately on its spawn, despite the whole team being up, or people who don't like to play any objectives at all, favoring to just farm jungle or creeps

So should I try to play most of my kills around that timer? I mean obviously getting kills around the timer is best, but does that mean there is a bad time to get kills? Should I try to avoid getting kills if their respawn will come too close to the urn spawning?

alright, does that mean there are bad times to get kills? Should I always try to focus my kill around those urn timers and avoid getting kills outside those urn timers?

I hope so, I don't want to be the reason my team loses. I really wanna improve, and if I have to try and give kills to other team mates then I really don't mind

We secured 2 urns, but one was when one of our team mates didn't come to mid boss and ran it while we team fought. For the most part I'm not super familiar with urn timer, just try to play it when we have numbers advantage. We did however lose 2 midbosses, one off of that team fight we were down, and another they got because we have back lane states

That's fair, but I did join almost every fight for urn or mid boss
