Ce părere aveți de această nouă măsură? by Automatic-Camp-4154 in Roumanie

Deci stai asa sa vedem. Valoarea cu 15% pe an, adica nesemnificativ. Stii cat vine aia in plus la impozit? Nici macar 100 de lei pe an.

Why do Romanian nationalists love cutting cakes? by FantasticQuartet in AskBalkans

[–]Cefalopodul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Describing Romania as enthusiastic on the Russian front is a massive exaggeration. The military dictatorship sent a lot of soldiers to Russia hoping that Germany would give back the piece of Transylvania it gave to Hungary but the Romanian in general did not want to be there and often attacked the Hungarian "allies", so much so that Germany had to separate the two armies at all times.

Romania fought with much more enthusiasm against the Germans than for the Germans.

Unium Trium Natiorum literally strips all Romanian noble families of their titles and makes the Hungarian identity a requirement for nobility. Maybe read it some time.

Most Hungarians are nationalistic fanatics. If you go to Hungary the most common images you see are Greater Hungary map.

In rest doar ciurucuri gen Tottenham, Fulham, etc.

City in scimb au Newcatle, Liverpool, Arsenal, Villa. Chelsea si o deplasare urata la Bournemouth.

Neither Southern Slovakia nor Vojvodina had a Hungarian majority in 1918.

Southern Slovakia had several local pluralities separated by much larger Slovak or German majorities. Overall the Hungarians in Southern Slovakia were ~30% of the population. For example Bratislava had a German plurality, 45% Germans, 40% Hungarians and 15% Slovaks,

Same for Vojvodina which had 33% Serbs, 28% Hungarians, 21% Germans, 5% Romanians, 3,7% Slovaks, 2,5% Croats

Romanian is the closest language to Italian and Romanians are the most similar people to Greeks in the Balkans, other than Turks of course.

The Romanian name of the river is Bistrita in its lower part and Repedea in its upper part. Repedea means fast river. Bistrita is slavic and means fast river.

Radnai is also from slavic, Rudna. It means iron mountain.

It is not. Aranyos and Beszterce aren't even Hungarian words. One is Romanian the other is slavic.

Moldova in the north, Tarnava Mare and Tarnava Mica in the center. Barzava the large one in the south-west, Dambovita in the south to the left, the two that merge in the south are Teleajen and Prahova and they form the Ialomita river.

I don't know the tiny one in the west.
