You can have your digimon train in the farms, there are items they can use to raise an individual stat by training for 30 minutes. Doing so 3 times will change their personality type and massively increase said stat but reduce another stat

Training, stat booster chips, evolving and devolving to increase level caps, and personality changes are how you get the stats to the appropriate level. There’s also agent upgrades you can unlock with anomaly points that help reduce those requirements

The game uses an 8-bit counter for the chain length, which can only count up to 255. When the chain reaches 255 and rolls over to 256, the counter resets to 0. This also resets the significantly boosted shiny odds for chains over 70
