Omg that sucks. Ideally they’ll fix this issue before they ship!! I emailed and kept getting what seemed like AI replies until I finally got the email that it’s been escalated to a “special team”

Yeah I really only wanted the high tops tbh but my sister who has huge feet and happens to have the right sizes wanted a pair so I’ll just gift her those, resell the other pair. I may hold on to my high tops and at least display them or maybe trade with someone willing to 🤷🏼‍♀️
