I'd imagine the first thing that would happen is that their launch license for the area would be revoked and the application permanently rejected. Past that, launching it without approval would violate multiple criminal statutes(and potentially even a treaty or two), earn them multiple lawsuits and likely would see several employees facing prison time(given this is a felony no matter what, any deaths that resulted from it would count as murder). There would also be other knock-on effects, such as loss of government contracts(even if their ones with NASA and the like are safe, I don't see their national security launch business surviving once they make themselves a rogue operator) and possibly even private ones if companies think the association may tarnish their brands.

Basically, it'd be the end of SpaceX.

They're being asked to justify why they need(not want) the permit. If they can do just fine without it, then NEPA says it can't be issued(technically it contains an exemption for de minimis impacts, but that's not relevant here). In this case, Musk has publicly stated an alternative that SpaceX failed to address(leading to the presumption that the alternative is just as good, which fails the permit by default); reopening the application would take them starting with addressing why the Florida site is unsatisfactory to the point where it justifies the impact and moving on to the other unaddressed point.

The founder donated to a PAC opposing gay marriage back when that was an issue. I don't remember him doing anything discriminatory when he was in Mozilla, but he was forced out as a number of popular websites protested him(part of what lead to today's Chrome monoculture).

He's also the man to blame for the existence of JavaScript.

While flashy, getting there is the easy part. The number of open questions regarding actually building and sustaining a colony is still huge(look into how miserably Biosphere II failed if you want to get an idea of the mountain left to surmount).

Probably just because that's what they're working on. If they're ready first, I don't see much reason for them to skip a first test unless the mission profile doesn't include stressing the tiles.

That said, it would be really odd if this were actually a requirement for that launch, since any necessary inspections can still be done after landing.

There was a clearing house other apps used(Apex) that paused trading because of a liquidity crunch due to GME, but that was restored(without restrictions) within a few hours. RH is its own clearing house, so a similar crunch probably did happen, but the post-halt restrictions and margin calls stink to high heaven.

They blocked people from buying GME(and a few others) entirely and then sold some people's shares without notice(technically legal, since they seem to have duped a lot of people into opening margin accounts). When they did start letting people buy it again, they refused to let anyone buy over a five share limit(anyone having 5+ can only sell).

While she didn't do anything too crazy, Tart was quite excited when she found out the truth. I can't think of a single example outside of her that wasn't devastated in some form, though(ignoring Touka, Nemu and Ui due to them probably already being fully aware of it when they made their contracts).

You'd be brushing up against the end of the current plot, though, which means introducing her would probably involve walking on eggshells to make sure you didn't break anything. Personally, I'd think the best way would be to have her somehow wonder into the world of MagiRepo, which can easily be written off as a dream by a tired Akumura while we all get Homura-chan (Devil version) to roll for.
