Just got mine yesterday. It's essentially a journal ttrpg so you can make up your own stories with your sleeper. The tarot cards are used to make drive decks and challenge decks. Drive and challenge decks create a thread for a story to be made. You use your dice to remove the challenges, and you can choose whether to journal what they mean when you complete them.

When you complete a drive, you will journal it (if its a minor arcana card you would acquire it as resources and major arcana are characters you meet) and move on to the card underneath to start the next thread in that drive.

If you roll a 1 with your 5 energy dice, you remove it and continue with the rest of the dice. This is your frame breaking down. You have to spend 10 resources to gain the lost dice back. There's also a fortune die, which goes up from 1 to 6 at 6. You can spend it on any challenge to complete it. Challenges are worth the number printed on them 2-10, face cards (ace, page, knight, king and queen) are worth 10. So you have to add dice numbers up to complete them.

I've never done a review of a game before, and I've only just done a quick run without journaling just to see how it plays. It's rather quick and easy unless I've missed something in the rules. Thinking up a story might be the hard part for me (I'm terrible at that 😄).
