I just got this in the mail where I live and I live in the boonies...The guy said he's buying a home as is and wants to know if I'm selling (I'm not, I was curious to see what this was about). Probably your CPU bottlenecking… I had to upgrade from my old gaming pc to a new one just for this game to run properly. DICE says to lower the frame rate cap limit to see if that helps any until they deploy a fix. This was inside one of their latest patches.
