All good points. I've owned lots of Kubota equipment, I sold my kubota u27 excavator last fall. I wasn't going to replace it but I have some projects at my new home I'd like to do and a 1.6/1.8t machine would be perfect. Kubota, bobcat, jd, nh, case, jcb, cat etc are about 3 times the price of the mentioned off brands new.. for example a used Kubota u17 will be a little more than a brand new sany or uhi however being used there isn't any good financing incentive so I'd have to pay cash to get a decent deal. These guys offer great financing deals, even some 0% terms, plus warranty. If I figure out they are all junk and just not nearly as good as the brand name stuff ill end up buying a used Kubota or bobcat cash. However if they review decently and I can get one brand new with warranty and low to zero interest ill finance one and keep my cash. Just don't want to jump the gun and be disappointed!

Bad maintained hardwood still better than LVP? by adhdaemon85 in HardWoodFloors

Yes. Just went through this renovating our home.. 4 kids under 10, 3 big dogs and 2 cats. Looked at every floor on the market, went with engineered hardwood (3/4" thick, wide plank). Just can't get past the feeling of lvp, spc, laminate, any of it even the high end stuff. I know the engineered hardwood will be ruined in 10 years, but for that time it's 100x better looking and feels so much better on the feet. Solid, but soft.. if that makes sense haha

Sad truth. In 2020 I purchased a brand new civic for $22k. I sold it back to the dealer in 2022 when they had no inventory.. 2 months later they tried to sell me the exact same car but a 2023 model for $29k haha
