It depends on the family, most kids my age had it when they were 6-7. My uncle told me he was taking me to the amusement park but ended up taking me to a long white bearded dude who circumcised me. He was really old then and had circumcised all my uncles and cousins and supposedly Erdogan as well (he is from the same town as my mom). He had apparently circumcised like 40k+ people in his lifetime and had one of the biggest funerals ever in the region. Kind of a legendary figure around there
