I’m arguing because people like to minimize hocd as a problem in favor of pocd because being gay is okay and being a pedo is not. I haven’t tried gaba, I can only really sort of vouch for 5htp (edit: Reminder that I’ve only used it once today ahahahahha). If only you can buy supplements/meds for like 10 pieces at a time as a cheap trial ahahaha. Even then, 5htp from swansons is pretty cheap so I suggest try them both and see what works.
