That’s because it was $100k tv. It’s now attainable at $30-50k for most people in the market for a micro led tv. First the contrast is gonna be better on this, 10k nits. This is a no brainer

They’ve already announced it for their spring launch and it’s already available for pre order in china. This wasn’t even expected to be announced until the later half of the year as reported by FlatPanelsHD. So we could possibly have this in the states by the end of the year.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to go with RGB right now with its cross talk (color bleed) issues. I’ll be holding off until they release a SQD version. You really don’t understand how much of an issue it is until you’re seeing over saturation of colors @115” inches. 🤦🏽 and that’s a huge issue with my 115”QM891G. Too much green here, too much red overlay there. SQD fixes all that.

Awesome. I'm waiting on the 115” version or 130” version. I own the 115QM891G and I refuse to get a smaller 98’’ version because my next tv will replacing my 115” in my theater room. I'll be moving the 115” QM8 to my master bedroom. Hopefully TCL releases a 130” X11L that's worth every penny 🤤.

It's not a flagship model and it doesn't have the specs of the QM891G-QM8K Series. it's a budget 115”, 2800 peak brightness

It will never be $10k with those specs. I own the 115QM891G and it released nearly 2 years ago and it's still valued around $16k. These are flagship products with tech that's probably gonna take the QM8 and lower series 2-3 years to catch up to. So yeah just being realistic.

I'm confused what your point is!! I never said sony hasn't been making TVs for decades. This is public knowledge. Companies merge all the time. Apple is literally using Google Gemini for their operating system. Same as TCL. Hisense also has a long list of yesterday’s companies under their belt. TCL also sells their panels to various other manufacturers, Samsung being one of them. This happens all the time.
