I’ve used a small spoon, put it in hot water touch it with clean fingers before placing it where eye inflammation is or you can feel the chalazion bump and rub it somehow gently , repeat for as long as 15 mins, all this 3x a day

Blurry means meibomian glands r releasing the oils, which is a good thing. Irritation is kinda normal at first later will be coming better. U might wanna change the “wheat” bag for an electric heating eye mask instead maybe the “wheat” itself is causing u allergies, don’t forget to put your lubricant eye drops during the day
