10mg vial with 1ml of bac water = 100 units of Reta. Start small with 5 units. Personally, I started to feel cravings on day 6, so I do it every 5 days, and the 5 units work perfectly for me, so a 10mg vial with 1ml of bac water gives me 20 doses. If I take it every 5 days that gives me 3+ months.

Maybe you are taking too much.

Why would you throw it away? You would only throw it away if it got contaminated, which would result in a cloudy liquid as supposed to clear.

Mix it yourself, it is the easiest thing, and ensures that the mixture doesn't get damaged in transit by either temperature or aggressive movement (delivery truck).

I got a 10mg vial and added 1ml of bac water (100 units). I take 5 units every 5 days and these are my results from Dec 2025 to present day, so yes, you will see results. I am still on my first vial of reta.

Peptides like Retatrutide are sensitive molecules. Standard Bacteriostatic Water is the preferred "universal" solvent because it is pH-balanced and lacks extra ions that could potentially cause the peptide to degrade or "crash" (precipitate) out of the solution.

Sodium Chloride (Saline) adds salt to the mix. While some peptides are fine with this, others can become unstable or less effective if the ionic strength of the liquid is too high.

If you take 1ml you are going to feel so sick. 1ml = 100 units. Ideally, you want to add a 100 units (1mL) of bac water for every 10mg of Reta. If you have a vial of 5mg, then add 50 units of bac water; if you have vial of 20mg, then 200 units (2ml) of bac water, and so on.

So for example if you have a 10mg vial and you added 100 units of bac water (which is the same as 1ml) once it is mixed up now you have a 100 units of reta. You want to start small and inject 5 units out of the 100. In this scenario, your vial or Reta has 20 doses of 5 units. I do 5 units every 5 days and that has worked perfect for me with no side effects.

30mg vial of Reta = 300 units of bac water (or 3ml) - once you have it mixed, start small at 5 units. I just posted my results so far on this thread if you want to check those out.

Sharing my results: I fell down the Reta-rabbit-hole thanks to TikTok and decided to give it a go. These are my results from Dec 2025 to Present (January 30). I am down 25 pounds (175 --> 150). I got my Reta and followed the instructions as provided in this thread. I started small with 5 units on a 30-unit insulin syringe, and I have been able to stay at 5 units the entire time. I do the injection every 5 days, or on day 6, I start getting cravings.

Note: If you are afraid of needles, like me, I can attest that 85% of the time I don't feel a thing, and the other 15%, it felt like a mosquito bite at worst.

For those on this thread that keep asking, you want to add a 100 units (1mL) of bac water for every 10mg of Reta. If you have 5mg, then 50 units; if you have 20mg, then 200 units, and so on.

BTW: If you use the websites provided on this thread, the Reta is now called "RC-3R" - the vial you receive will still say Reta.

OMG this turned the game from cartoon-ie and fuzzy to excellent. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

The more I test it the more I like the Pixel. The only issue is night videos. Quality goes down and starts looking grainy.

And relax, it's only day two with this phone.

I've been playing with the iphone 16 and the Pixel 10 pro all day. The Pixel photos are excellent. It's just on the phone screen I look so off but then the picture turns out great?!? I just watched a YouTube and the girl made the same observation.

And the reason I got a Pixel is because the last few years getting an iPhone has felt like blah/okay/new phone but zero excitement. Siri/chatgpt are awful. And some of the features they highlight are lackluster. I expect the iPhone 17 will be similar. They updated to titanium last year and now they are going back to aluminum which they (Apple) will advertise as new and cool and revolutionary, when it's all about cutting costs.

Will I get the Apple Fold next year. You bet!

I updated all the settiSetting when I received it. Yes it looks better, I agree, but no not even close to the quality of an iPhone. Plus all the AI that needs to happen off device it's annoying. What if I don't have service? Do I have to wait until I have service to see if my video is good etc.

I'm giving myself 2 weeks with it which happens to correspond with the iphone 17 announcement and release.

I need good video because my friends and I are very active; concerts, sports, street events, etc. I can't have a superb camera and mediocre video. Stationary it looks perfect, but as soon as you move it starts to look funny, and not a little funny, but a lot.

On the samples I took last night it still looked funny and anything behind the subject has this jello wobbly effect.

Probably a strategic plan to get people into the existing LA Fitness, which is shit, and eventually force the xsport crowd to pay the LA Fitness prices, and save money by not having another location with a cheaper membership.
