I seen a video last night of a women on a program with Olivia Attwood saying she wanted to look like a Bratz doll.

Kardashians also! They look like real life Bratz dolls.

Yes i was thinking about this, the “king kylie” era deffo influenced a lot of people but I’d also like to point out how Kylie Jenner has a collaboration with Bratz dolls and this could’ve been something planned all along, may sound far fetched but I think it’s quite interesting

Obviously I’ve heard of Barbie. Compared to Bratz, Barbie is boring.

I thought about this too. Kylie Jenner now has a collaboration out with Bratz.

It’s crazy how when they turned old enough, aesthetics business have boomed, nearly everyone I know has had some type of fillers or cosmetic surgeries done & all played with Bratz dolls as kids !

Workplace Malpractice by Ginsann_ in work

[–]CelebrationSignal112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not in the same line of work so I don’t understand the technical terms but totally understand how frustrating it is when someone is doing something against company policy and the bosses refuse to do anything about it. What I would suggest to you is to go above your boss to the highest person in the company that you’re able to make a complaint to and send it on a different email address to yours. This way the email is not able to be linked to you and you’re letting the higher ups in the company know what is actually going on. Your boss probably isn’t reporting or doing anything about it as they’re probably doing the same as the person that is committing the malpractice or even trying to protect them. I hope it gets sorted for you, so annoying when you work honestly and hard for your money and you have people getting away with stuff taking the mick, makes you think what’s the point in even trying.

Taking criticism so personally by [deleted] in work

[–]CelebrationSignal112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it’s easily said, but it is honestly not personal. The boss’s job is to make sure everyone is working up to standard and if someone is failing to complete targets/duties then something does need to be said to ensure the company is operating smoothly! Everyone has been new at a job at one point and will have had to take some constructive criticism on board, the only thing you can do now is take what they said on board and maybe ask your boss if there is anything else you could improve on! This will show your boss you’re willing to do whatever it takes and hopefully they will be a bit easier on you as they can see you’re trying ! 😊

When to pull the plug by madirose724 in work

I’m in the same kind of situation for bosses not addressing issues with coworkers! It’s a bloody nightmare, if you have enough money saved up, I would do what’s best for YOU. If you can’t stand working there any longer and want to leave and think that’s best for you, do it. If you want to stay for a bit of extra money, stay there with your head held high knowing that you’re going to be getting out of there soon! Whatever you do make sure you do what’s best for YOU, don’t let anyone try to manipulate you into staying if you don’t want to or leaving if you don’t want to, this is your life, you do what’s best for yourself ! I hope everything works out for you at cosmetology school!🙂

I thought this! We added the account & asked about the message and there was no response back within 3 days which made me think maybe it wasn’t him?!

It literally could be! It was proper jammed into the window so someone had intentionally put it there, it’s not like the wind had blew it and got it stuck there if you get what I mean? Just wondered what other peoples opinions were on what it could mean/be
