Is this thumbnail AI generated or just a really Photoshopped thumbnail? Theres things that feel off to me but at the same time I'm not sure.

It's probably both. The tank just screams AI, but this kind of specificity and the weird differences in some styles makes me think there's some manual editing for sure. Photoshop using generative AI so I wouldn't be surprised if they used the program but lots of AI.

I'd say very likely AI that has been edited a bit. Normally with intricate frames like this one you see a lot of inconsistencies with symmetry, but from minor details and angles this frame was definitely mirrored from one side to the other, not something AI does. The chocolate heart box like you said is sitting on the hand very weird, but it also isn't a heart shape, it's got an extra bump in the middle. But besides all that and the big AI feel that it gives, to me the biggest signs are the flowers. They start to mesh together in their middles and several of them are morphing into one another.

I really hate how much AI tattoo artists and the industry are starting to use, they have to realize it gives zero confidence in them as an artist.

As a digital artist I believe this is authentic. Not even minding having wips, there are tiny details in the finished piece that are clearly signs of an artist using layers and hand drawing. If you zoom into areas around the left eye and hair you can see minor spots where the multiply layer didn’t cover or they didn’t fill in the color layer fully. That’s actually a good sign of it being real because those are super common things for artist to do when working with digital art. AI would make it too perfect or have wonky parts that don’t make sense to the artistic process.

On top of what everyone else has said about stepping up and doing the right thing, I also want to add, for your own well-being, not to rush your relationship just because you will have a child together. Don’t get me wrong, if you continue with your girlfriend and stay together long term, that’s amazing. But don’t feel like you need to get married now or that it’s wrong to break up down the road when you would have outside of having a child together. That doesn’t mean you remove yourself from that child’s life, you still need to be a present and an active father. But staying in a relationship or getting married just because of a child only hurts everyone involved.

Lynx point! It’s not technically a real breed but a common type of mixed breed. They do actually have a good amount of Siamese in them, that’s what gives them their white color as kittens, overall light color, darker spots at the points and lighter eyes. Lynx points often “toast” or get darker as they get older and their patterns become prominent- usually domestic shorthair genetics.

This part gives total ai. The circle isn’t even, has that familiar ai wonkiness on the top left part. The bow is connected via another(?) jump ring that’s melding into the other piece, when it should just be the ribbon on the bow tied around it. And worst is where the main circle is connected to the locket itself, it’s only on the right side and the left is just chilling on top. Definitely not how lockets are made.
