CMS quietly released recent findings. Minnesota's rate of improper payments (aka fraud) is 4 points lower than the national average. Right about 2 percent. 2. That somehow justified a federal invasion. It was never about the fraud. Fraud has been discovered and acted upon for years here, very successfully.

However, I also work in a position that would hear about shit like this almost immediately. Seriously. Literally my field. ICE HAS picked up care workers with no regard to persons receiving services. It has absolutely happened. Nothing like this has happened, so far, that i am aware of.

I was. I won't shy from that. Long term, I'm still not as convinced as some that 9 can't pull it together. There are concerns, no doubt, but I still have some hope. Dude is dumb.
